No, RVs must be parked inside the garage.
Can I make any changes to the plans?
The building plans have already been submitted so any changes to the structure, engineering, plumbing, or electrical cannot be accommodated. Interior design and layout changes can be made subject to approval by IMR.
Can I put a lift in the garage?
Yes, a 4 post lift is acceptable and the unit will have the power requirements to do so.
Can I rent out my unit like an Airbnb?
Yes, if you would like IMR to manage the unit and book reservations for stays in your unit then we would be happy to do so.
How often can I stay overnight?
There is no limit to how many nightly stays you can have. These units are not allowed to be used as primary residences.
