Can I make any changes to the plans?

The building plans have already been submitted so any changes to the structure, engineering, plumbing, or electrical cannot be accommodated. Interior design and layout changes can be made subject to approval by IMR.

Can I put a lift in the garage?

Yes, a 4 post lift is acceptable and the unit will have the power requirements to do so.

Can I rent out my unit like an Airbnb?

How often can I stay overnight?
